The half-day wraps up with a group by group performance evaluation and Sander facilitates the final lesson on the direct connection between the role of a leader and the performance of a group of individuals united for a common goal. C. The full-day workshop At the half day mark those leadership practices that worked under the pressure of having to deliver a time sensitive result are evaluated and built upon by integrating the company’s mission and culture to them. The second half of the day focuses on taking a specific performance issue that the group is currently grappling with and seeing how the core performance leadership practices coupled with a strong tie to company mission creates a transformational performance.
